- Surface Profile gaugesfor checking blast profiles (15-125 microns)
- Webber Reilly salt testing(to check acceptable chloride levels, 50mg/mē)
- Wet film gaugesto checkthe wet film thickness while coating
- Electronic dry film gauges(to check coating conforms to coating spec)
- Holiday detection unit(used mainly to check pinholes in coatings of tank internals and on submerged applications)
- Quality Control - Proper Quality Control records are kept on the appropriate documentation. Progress is often backed up by digital photographic progress records.
- Safety - We carry all the correct equipment to work in confined spaces. We have extraction fans, air purged flood lights and BA sets. We are proud to say, that in the past 29 years we have had no serious injuries.
